My work and school balance is rather decent and well-handled. I usually work only on Fridays and Sundays so that I can focus on school for four days of the week, but I'm always available to come in in case my store needs my help!
The Tuition Assistance really will help me out financially with paying off the rest of my tuition as well as helping me out for the upcoming semester with purchasing books and other school needs.
